We photograph your home and generate a complete 3D measurement model — every facade, opening, corner, soffit run, and roof facet, accurate to the inch.
The model becomes a material list: pieces of lap, bundles of shake, sticks of trim, squares of shingle. You see the quantities. No allowances hiding in the fine print.
Your proposal prices the actual scope — often with options side by side, like repaint versus full reside — so you decide with the whole picture in front of you.
The same people who measured it hang it. Owner on site, licensed and insured, cleanup daily, and a walk-through at the end with touch-up kits left in your garage.
